letting Go + building

Like anything....there are seasons, which always offer some kind of change, letting go or growth.  That's exactly what's been happening these days.  You think things are set and then you realize that they are not...or they are not what you thought they would be.  I find rolling with chance is a good thing as you just never know what is around the corner.

In my case, it's in the letting go that new opportunities are born and that I become more connected to my true self, deepening into authenticity as a person, a coach, a mom and a contributor to something greater than us.

This fall, I am happing to be reopening my doors to coaching.  The schedule is somewhat limited and availability may change on a weekly basis, depending on what life throws at me.  So be sure to check the calendar often and book in advance.
